2006 summit 800 high mark no power to any accessories

Need help checked all fuses and relays
Checked stator at idle it had 3.5. Bolts per wire on stair bug as soon as you cracked throttle it would drop to 1 volt so I pulled it and replaced it. Stator was burnt
2-so I changed volt regulator no change
Ready to pull my hair out
No elect what so ever.
